Available for a limited time, this is an experimental coffee from Finca Cruz Loma in the San José de Minas region of Ecuador. After pulping, the coffee was placed in sealed tanks for 8 hours of anaerobic fermentation. Roasted right on the edge between our light and medium roasts, the coffee carries a sugary sweetness with good body and excellent balance.
