Peaberries form when only one seed develops inside a coffee cherry instead of the usual two. While it is not uncommon to find a small percentage of peaberries in coffee, some places sort those out and sell them separately. Our Tanzania Peaberry is roasted to a tart and juicy, vibrant light roast.
